AARP Rewards

 Well, looks like I am the next victim of this error.  Just started getting it today.  Who can help?

It looks like this has been a persistent issue over the past several years. I am experiencing this same problem. I have disabled ad blockers and addresses match. Has anyone had success recently purchasing gift cards, and if so, what browser if I may ask. I called in a week or so ago and was told I'd receive an email in 3-5 days but never did. Thank you in advance for any helpful suggestions.

 I'm a member but am unable to purchase Member's Only gift cards. I have no option to add to cart. I have purchased them in the past so not sure what the problem is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Last Monday night, already the new month in my time zone, I ordered the for points only Walgreens $5 gift card, 22000 points. Not receiving the gift card, I called AARP Rewards yesterday and found out that no email with my gift card had been generated but 22000 points had been deducted twice from my account. The very very nice person in customer service could only escalate; now wait time is 10 business days; still 44000 points short; no gift card. In the past I have found that escalation did not produce any positive results and that after many weeks of wait and so much frustration; I hope that this time something good happens and I get both 22000 points back and the gift card that I desired in a more timely fashion.Make sure you check your transaction history in redemptions for this new AARP problem.

I tried to redeem a members only gift card and i got this message 'Purchases of this item are limited to one'....  I also tried to purchase the gift card and the 'add to cart'  button is no longer available. Am i the only one experiencing this or it's a glitch? 

How long does it take to receive gift cards via email? I purchased some Carnival Cruise cards almost 2 hours ago and still haven't received.

I redeemed 22000 points for the $5 Walgreens gift card and never received it. My spouse received theirs after about 2 minutes. I've called twice and they said they are resending it again and it doesn't come. I have added the email to my email address book and checked spam. I've been doing this for 3 years and this is a first. I don't understand what the problem is and why this is happening. The phone rep said he has never heard of this happening before, but based on all the posts here it looks like it happens a lot. Kinda frustrated with the system.

Why is it that since October 28, 2024, any attempt at redemptions for any sweepstakes or instant wins ends with the message "Unable to process your redemption request!" ????

For the last couple of days, I'm being told that I have Maxed Out for the day.  I thought that a Member, which I have been for years, was able to earn 7,500 pts. per day, while a non-Member could only earn 5,000.  Since they stopped me tonight at 5,495 (and I started with some, but can't remember how many), I think that AARP be treating me as a non-Member.  And, they just took my automatic renewal!

This Sweepstakes has disappeared..... This Sweepstakes is supposed to go until April 1st. But suddenly it has disappeared today without a trace. Do I get back all the points I wasted entering it????? J

Last week, I purchased 2 $250 Amtrak e-gift cards. They never arrived via email. After a ton of phone calls, I was told it could take 5-10 business days. Completely unaccountable. Fast forward to yesterday, I received an email from Cynthia one of the ombudsmans telling me that my issue had been resolved and I would receive my gift cards by the end of the day yesterday. Guess what….. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GIFT CARDS and of course I can not reach her until 8 am on Monday. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m ready to call my bank at this point and report it as a fraudulent charge.  🤬🤬🤬

I have made many repairs, since my husband has always been inept.  What I don't know already how to do for a repair, youtube is my friend.  There are so many experts that have youtubes for repairs.  I have also stopped buying more kits or yarn for crafts.  I just took out my cross stitched crafts that need to be either framed or made into pillows.  I bought clear bins to store my yarn stash and was shocked by how much I had.  No more buying for me. I do my crafts while my husband has the TV on and I feel like I am accomplishing something than being a couch potato. I also started giving my adult kids lots of the Christmas ornaments that I had made.  I have made a promise to myself to finish the crafts that I already have and not buy more. Now my only weakness is to buy more plants. Always room for another.

I cannot locate any help with my searchi know the - (minus or dash sign) in front of the word will exclude it from the searchas in -Amazon will not find Amazon in the search, but the + sign the AND word and OR all do not work in AARPANY HELPthanks

    I see many posts about having cruise line gift card issues.   I had no problem getting mine in early April.        My question is how to use rewards points to purchase one of those gift cards.  I have one in my shopping cart, but there is no option to use points.   I went to redeem and all rewards.

The rewards page is not showing the points I earned today, March 4, 2023. I have not maxed out. The last added points were recorded yesterday March 3, 2023.  No points have been added to my account. I have played games, watched videos, and answered quizzes.  I complete the activity but the system does not record the points earned.  I thought there was a glitch this morning but I tried again in the afternoon with the same results: NO POINTS ADDED for reward activities completed. How can I fix the problem?

Well, I had high hopes that the last maintenance window would rectify my issue, but sadly I still have the same issue since the last week of October.  No one has reached out to me to fix this issue.  Why is this?  Why is there not more urgency to get this fixed?  Why can't this be addressed so that all people that are impacted by this can be resolved????  

I regularly purchased $25 Home Depot gift cards via AARP Rewards but I noticed in January that they are no longer listed as a purchase item.  I checked again today and I only see a Home Depot sweepstakes offering and no ability to buy them outright.  Will they be coming back?

What’s the point of having a membership when you can’t even use your redemption points. I have contacted Aarp several times and nobody will help me. They keep saying I will get an email once it’s fixed. This has been going on for two months now ….ridiculous. There’s no way it should take this long to fix.  Come on Aarp. Let’s get this fixed. You can do better than this.

My mom and I just compared instant win contests; hers have three reels (like Vegas slot machines where she lives); mine (instant win) have only one? How is that? Just curious...

Has anyone very gotten a card for this cruise line? It’s listed but I,am not sure what I can use it on
