Sweeps and Instant Wins Redemption Glitch

lots of folks affected, search with unable to process and read about hundreds of members accused of defrauding with no proof.

These posts get read but not many people reply. It made me wonder how many of us have been stopped from redeeming.  From what I've read lots of us are in an "it's been escalated" holding pattern. I guess we're not a priority.
