How long does it take to receive gift cards via email? I purchased some Carnival Cruise cards almost 2 hours ago and still haven't received.

    Hi JudyB174809! Digital Rewards will be delivered to your email address associated with their AARP.org online account within 24 hours for orders submitted during normal business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday – Friday). Please check your spam/junk folder as well. -Sue J

The time frame is provided in the disclosure provided on each gift card item in the catalog. You can also reference the time frame in our help article here https://aarp.info/3llQSny You may check your junk/spam folder for the email. If you don't receive your gift card email with 24 hours you can chat with us online by clicking the chat option on the bottom right of the page or call us at 1-866-451-6305 and we'd be happy to check on the gift card order for you.

      I used to get my cards instantly but the two I purchased today are taking a lot longer.

Delivery times may exceed 24 hours in certain instances. You can check out more information in this article: https://aarp.info/3llQSny.
