Some of you may not be aware that Fandango and VUDU will merge very soon. We have Fandango AND FandangoNOW purchase gift cards in the catalog.VUDU will honor ONLY FandangoNOW gift cards. BUT it seems that SOME FandangoNOW GC’s are not valid with the streaming service.I have 4 FandangoNOW GC’s and VUDU says 2 of them are invalid and won’t add them to my VUDU account. Supposedly you could rent or purchase videos on Fandango before the merge and they will transfer over to your VUDU library, but I won’t trust that. Anyway, the best option I see is to stay away from all of the Fandango cards for now. As happens,follow the official rules for the link to play. Maybe an edge since it isn't listed with the others. It doesn't show with the sweeps and instant win filter but use "Longhorn" as a search to find it.

The 3rd question has the question as the first answer, and there is no correct answer as an option. The explanation of the correct answer doesn’t fit any of the 3 options;  the answer marked as correct is DEFINITELY NOT CORRECT, a Ponzi scheme DOES NOT guarantee returns through insured bank products. Granted the quiz only lasts on the website for 2 weeks, but still it’s poor that in a quiz w/only 8 questions, 1 has no correct answer option

[5/21/26] I don't mean to be NEGATIVE, but beginning to wonder WHY there have been SO MANY "scheduled" maintenance for the AARP Rewards Site? Yes, last year (2025) and the "previous" years before, we had them. But unless my OLD brain has failed me, those were like every FEW MONTHS or longer. This year (2026), it seems to me we are seeing NOTICES when we "log" into our AARP Rewards Accounts EVERY WEEK & several times within that week. Lol, well - thankful they are letting us know AHEAD, but WHAT are they fixing? Anyway, everyone have a GREAT Thursday in whatever time zone you are in. I am in Virginia and about 9pm ET for me. Nicole 💛🤗

 I sent two PMs (1st of Feb and the 11th Feb).  I made a call (I think ten days ago), and my problem is still not fixed.

Earlier this morning, I played different $25 Instant Win games. Those games have now disappeared from the Sweeps and Instant Wins.I did not win anything but due to that prompt disappearance, I wonder if I could have won anything at all and that maybe it was all a sham. Will I be reimbursed for those points? My wife and I each purchased $5 Sheetz Gift Cards in December 2025 with our AARP points. We tried to use them last week at a local Sheetz only to be embarrassed by finding that the 2 gift cards were "INVALID". The clerk tried to enter the numbers manually but they still came up as "INVALID". The check out line was forming behind us so we felt like IDIOTS! I paid our bill with cash. When we arrived home, I attempted to check the balance on the cards on the Sheetz website, but ONCE AGAIN, the cards came up as "INVALID" numbers. THANKS FOR NOTHING AARP! I'm wondering how many of our other gift cards purchased on the AARP SITE are also "INVALID"!!!

There is a problem when i try to buy a gift Card, i get a error every time have tried several Cards and several browsers - stil getting this error:“Something went wrong with your transaction. Please try again or contact AARP Rewards Support at 1-866-451-6305”Can you specialist dept take a look if their is a problem with your payment system Do other have same issues?

 I attempted to redeem points for a $5.00 Chipolte gift card today, and received a message that I am at my monthly limit, which is incorrect.  I have redeemed points for two other cards this month, leaving one card remaining.  I thought, perhaps, this was a glitch involving the Chipolte card redemption, and attempted to redeem my points for Cheryl's cookies.  Again, the same message appeared.  Has anyone experienced this problem, and how difficult will it be for me to successfully resolve this with AARP?  Thank you for any information you may provide.

I bought 5 Albertsons gift cards, $250 each. I thought my points would pay for them, based upon what I understood on AARP rewards website.I was shocked to receive a $1200 charge for $1250 worth of cards.A $10 savings on $250 (that's 4%) card is not worth the hassle of handling the printed paper card at checkout.I feel ripped off and would like to cancel the gift cards and get refund for money paid.
