AARP reward checkout dont work

There is a problem when i try to buy a gift Card, i get a error every time have tried several Cards and several browsers - stil getting this error:

“Something went wrong with your transaction. Please try again or contact AARP Rewards Support at 1-866-451-6305”

Can you specialist dept take a look if their is a problem with your payment system

      Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same issue, tried multiple credit cards.

      As of 5/20/26, I can attest that the issue is STILL ongoing.  I have been trying to purchase gift cards for a few months now.

        Yes, it has been that way for weeks. No transactions go through.  I've been trying to purchase gift cards to no avail. You would think they would have it fixed by now.
