    Anyone using the search operator   -coloring -greeting -instant -sweepstakes -guide not sure if a glitch or intentional , but the word New does not appear on new cards, the word that appears is now Digital Download at the top of the reward where new would be.  However, using AARP search tool you will see the word New.   I’ve been checking this all morning, and so far seems to be.  Could just be a display error, but just a heads up.

Did anyone else have this problem?The longer it goes without it coming, the more concerned I am.Chat resulted in an up to two week delay while it is investigated.My points were deducted and a confirmation screen came up.

Shopping at thrift stores, purchasing necessary discounted items, clearance racks, clothes swaps, book swaps, and yard sales are my ways of being frugal on my fixed income.  I also save money by refashioning pre-owned clothing, I create unique greeting cards out of used ones, I get groceries from the food pantry, I have a vegetable garden and I do composting.  I use my AARP membership card for discounts at restaurants, hotels, etc. I haven't won any AARP sweepstakes or contests, but I'm still trying to.  Thank you, AARP, for making numerous helpful information and resources available.

I have used different browsers .. my name and address is exactly correct and I keep getting this message over and over .. I have the money in my account plus 10 .. i came to this forum and see that other people are having this same exact problem .. I feel like you guys need to fix your payment portal should probably be the main focus for tonight’s maintenance 

I've given up so many times when I wanted an AARP card because it seems like a lottery with this error that has been posted over and over since 2020 😞 Does anyone know of a way to get PAST this?  I have been a member of AARP for almost 2 years.  I have always been able to buy gift cards in the past....until last night.  I used a total of FOUR different credit/debit cards.  Nothing would go through.  I called the two banks involved, and they both said "It's not you, it's them (AARP).  Apparently AARP has put a block on me buying gift cards recently.  Has that happened to anyone else???

I don't think there is much logic but some people feel they find patterns of brand offerings. A few things stick out to me though.Gift Cards that can be redeemed electronically, as in online shopping, seem to sell out fast since geography is removed from the redemption. Near Charlotte where I live, I am able to use many of the cards offered. Points required possibly varies on a few things.Amazon and Walmart gift cards are usually higher points cost, also as they are less discounted inother markets like Costco and Sams. Seems some companies that are failing like to sell gift cards that may never be redeemed before they shutter for good. There are also those that have so few locations. Joann Fabrics, Boston Market come to mind. The program here is far from working well for everyone and I would not expect serious improvement soon.  Yes, the system is quirking right now, for me, pages and logins are not durable. I would think that those having serious, chronic

It's been almost 2 months and the both agents I have spoken to have not helped. All I keep getting is that they will escalate my issue .  why am I unable to process or redeem my points?! is it going to take another 2 months for someone to respond to me?
