AARP Rewards Connect

II’ve suspected for while that AARP steals rewards points.  For the last several days I haven’t played the word and trivia games, which I do daily.  Today I log into my account and found that 30,000 points were deducted.  It’s incredible and disgusted that they can do this.  I am not impressed with this thievery!!!  It took me weeks to gain these points and they without any cause they stole them from me.   I contacted them and I was told it’s their policy and that I am emailed whenever this stealing is done.  I have never, ever received any notification. They can take their policy and _____ where the sun does not shine!!  THIEVES!!! 

28000 points for amazon gift card

only 2 gift cards for points since the 1st of the month, wonder if we will see any before the end of the month. i'm not optimistic, how the rewards program has fallen over the last 6 months

I've tried 3 consecutive days to purchase the Carnival Cruise Gift Cards!! The system is holding my money but not processing the transaction. I've tried different pay methods, clearing cache/cookies, and even using a different AARP membership. It's so frustrating given they close on weekends, my money is being held, and I only have one day to pay off my trip. Has anyone figured out how to get around this? Even the ApplePay option on the phone won't allow to process the order. I don't see one helpful solution on here from AARP other than to call customer service which doesn't help me its the weekend and my stuff is due Sunday!!! So frustrating please help.

Bring back Tangible Rewards....the Sweepstakes and Instant Wins are never winners....I want a Tangible Reward- Prefer Gift Cards!  I'd rather spend more points and be able to Redeem for a Tangible Gift Card!  Each month I should be able to Redeem for three valid tangible rewards - Amazon Gift Card! Kroger Gift Card, TJ Maxx Gift Card,  AARP Totes, etc.  I have accumulated over 1 million points because AARP no longer offers tangible rewards.  VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Hi everyone, I redeemed 160000 points for $100 hotel coupon a couple days ago. I tried to book a hotel room using a coupon and taking in consideration all restrictions associated with it. However every time when I tried to book a room I had a message the coupon could not be used. I contacted expedia-aarp but they weren't helpful. Does anyone else have difficulty with booking a room using a hotel coupon? Thank you

I can sign into my AARP account, but I cannot get into the My Rewards section. It asks me to log in and I get this: SORRY, WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT I've tried changing passwords. I also renewed my membership in AARP (later found out I was early), because I thought it had expired and that was the problem. This started a few weeks ago. I talked to a support person in chat who told me others are having the same issue and "it's being worked on." I have thousands of points and would like to get back in ! thank you.

Is it worth redeeming points for a chance to win a sweepstakes gift card? I redeem about 7,000 points (in total) each day for a chance to win but not sure if it is worth it. I am just wondering if I should just keep earning points and redeem them for the random $5.00 gift cards they have instead.  What do you all think? Think it's worth it?

Have you used Local Offers in the AARP Rewards program?  Did you know you can save your offer?    When in Rewards Redeem, simply click on the Near You in the drop down menu  You will then see your local offers, when you have one you like click on that offer to get to the next screen -   After clicking on the offer, a new screen will open and you have the option to Save it here! will there be anymore gift card for points? collecting all these points for what? couldn't get any extra credit rewards, as i'm about to complete an activity and the usual SORRY NO POINTS pops up, where experiencing techinal difficulties. every 1st of the month this happens. is it just me?

My wife and I share a cell phone and we are trying to set up her rewards on her account but it won't let us add the same number that is under my account. It says this number is already being used by a different member. Does anyone know how to get around this?

I have updated Chrome, cleared cookies and browsing data, and tried using Microsoft Edge, to no avail. It has been like this for more than a month. Is this problem with my desktop or the website?
