AARP rewards website not working

https://www.aarp.org/rewards/discover/ website is not working. In these three blocks: YOUR REWARDS BALANCE, MOST RECENT ACTIVITY, TOTAL SAVINGS circles keep spinning but no data is loaded. I have updated Chrome, cleared cookies and browsing data, and tried using Microsoft Edge, to no avail. It has been like this for more than a month. Is this problem with my desktop or the website?
