AARP Rewards Connect

I am unable to play any instant win games or redeem gift cards. One customer service agent told me to clear my cookies and cache. The next agent said my account is flagged, but couldn't tell me why. It's frustrating not being able to use a service that I paid for with no reasoning and am wondering if I would be better off disputing the charge for my membership with my credit card. I would rather just be able to use my membership.

these instant win games are a joke got 3 domino's in a row says i lost. then how the hell am i suppose to win.am i wasting my points on this ridiculous game that is impossible to win? has anybody won on these slot machine games. can we go back to the old way to win gift cards?

just played burlinton instant win game got 3 burlington symbols in slot machine game and it says sorry you didn't win, what the hell,  then how do you win? what a joke can someone tell how you are suppose to win? janelle can you let me know?

So, I took a spin and got 3 matching symbols and did not win. Is this just a bit of graphic distraction? It's stupid and irritating, if that's the case.

I have had my card refused twice at two different locations because they cannot scan my card.  They do not have a way to manually click input my member number.  How can this be resolved?? Can I get a card with a barcode??

has anybody actually won on these foolish new instant win games. the slot machine game takes forever and the matching game i have no idea how someone wins. don't know why i'm wasteing my time playing these games.

Well....I just wrote to a friend: let’s hope that there will be a whole new day...& new month ahead...full of useful sweeps & IWs & GCs...Unfortunately....IT’S SAD REALITY.....that for all your hard work...taking all these EXTRA REGRET-IT lessons...& if you were hoping for some good Points Only items to redeem....will only net you a few measly $5 Gift Cards! Of course that is until they sell out! The other offers of ....>>>>paying money to them....like $16 for a $20 Value (a measly 20% off)...in the end ....IMHO...is NOT A REWARD FOR MEMBERS.......therefore-for me-it is a waste of time...& for the1st time since this wonderful NEW Rewards program began...I’m not gonna even try for any of it! Thank you for allowing members only access to Amazon and Walmart gift cards. As a member, it is nice to be recognized. In the past, it has been very difficult to be able to get these gift cards, as they are always "gone" by the time I see the posting. I hope this trend continues with other gift cards in the future. I and most likely others appreciate this. Thanks again.

On Saturday I won a Walgreen’s gift card but have not received it. I have had a few other issues with gift cards not being delivered. Who do I contact for assistance with this?

what happended to the gift cards for points, 8 days in a row nothing. must have gave them all out last month when almost everyday there was new gift card for points listed. maybe someone knows when some will be listed?

Hi. I play a lot of AARP Rewards Mahjongg Dimensions but do not get rewards points for playing.   

Use these tips to score points for completing crosswords daily!   Make sure you click the “Submit Score” button and get to the game end screen in order to receive your points!  (Note:  the “submit score” button does not show until the puzzle is filled in 100% and with no errors. If the puzzle is fully filled in and the “submit score” button does not appear, that means there is an error(s) somewhere in the puzzle. Users can either review the puzzle to try and find the error(s) or they can toggle on the “show errors” option in the menu. However, my TOTAL SAVINGS from the Rewards page is $1241.  That's a lot of value.  The value in purchasing gift cards is also pretty significant. Hulu, Home Depot and Lowes, just to name a few of the ones most useful to me, are discounted 8%.  Coupled with a 3% discount for online purchases from the credit card I use, that's 11%.  So what is your TOTAL SAVINGS?

I have just entered the $2,000 sweepstakes with 1,000 reward points. However it says it is to be drawn in Feb 2023! Is this an error of the year? 

  For the past few days, I have not been able to enter the instant wins via the alternate method of entry.  I've tried 2 browsers and have the same problem.  I get this message:  We're sorry...An error has occurred. Refresh your web browser to get back on track.Explore Refreshing does not help.  I keep having the same problem. Anyone else have this issue or know how to enter the instant wins?
