 Has anyone been able to sync their Fitbit with AARP rewards? The sync stopped working Nov 2024 after an app update

When I try to connect it says an error message that Google blocked it from accessing. But I try to find it in apps to connect and it's not on the list.

who can I contact if I get an error message when I open up the AARP email gift card confirmation for a Holland America gift card?

Just received an email from - aarp@m.helloworldemail.com -        April 4, 2025-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are writing to inform you that Walgreens has notified AARP Rewards about a compromise involving a gift card you redeemed via AARP Rewards. As a result, the card has been voided, and the remaining balance can no longer be used in its current form. In order to resolve this issue, Walgreens has requested that you contact their customer care team at 1-833-522-2487. Walgreens will be able to provide an active replacement gift card including your remaining balance. I won a $500 Walgreens gift card in a raffle from AARP, and received an email from AARP containing the digital gift card.  I did not use the card.  On April 18, 2025, I received an email from AARP stating in part that:     "Walgreens has notified AARP Rewards about a compromise involving a gift card you redeemed via AARP Rewards. As a result, the card has been voided, and the remaining balance can no longer be used in its current form.        In order to resolve this issue, Walgreens has requested that you contact their customer care team at 1-833-522-2487. Walgreens will be able to provide an active replacement gift card including your remaining balance."  I called the indicated telephone number.  After a lot of back and forth, Walgreens said that the card the card was redeemed and thus had a zero balance and could not be replaced.  They would not tell me when, where, how or by whom the

 hello, the June 2025 gift cards selection is very skimpy. Please add ones from walmart, target, burger king, mcdonalds, etc.

Disappointed there will be no Easter egg hunt this year on AARP. guess it doesn't matter in my case as i am unable to redeem my points anyway, I get the dreaded oops an error occurred refresh your browser, guess what it doesn't work, still waiting to hear back from escalation team, not optimistic it can be resolved, well Happy Easter everyone!

So WHY are there FIVE links for the Columbia Sportswear Gift Cards? Is AARP trying to push these because no one is redeeming their points for them?

 Looks like now you have to login everyday when you click on AARP Rewards, very annoying. Support please fix so that we do not have to login everyday. Thanks

I created a new AARP Rewards account recently. I verified my email and completed my profile (name, address, phone number). I then earned some points by watching videos and completing quizzesI tried to redeem a 25% off Pizza Love after clicking on "Savings Near You" to see what discounts were available, but I got an error message that read, ‘We are currently experiencing technical issues in processing your transaction. Please retry in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience.’I had to try again after refreshing, but nothing changed. Another error message that read, "unable to process your redemption request," appeared when I tried to play the sweepstakes.I chose to give AARP a try after seeing it on TV. Some people that had this issue never got help or had it resolved, according to some posts I've seen here. WHAT IS GOING ON?13  

I received my monthly AARP Rewards statement email yesterday, May 5th.  It stated the following:   You have 64,100 points expiring on 7/1/25. Use your points before they expire.Redeem Now Whenever I look at my Transaction History, Points Expiration, I see Expiration Date July 1, 2025, Expiring Points 0.  It also shows August 1, 2025, Expiring Points 0. Which is correct?  Are 64,100 points expiring?  Can I rely on the Transaction History Points Expiration Dates? 

AARP pulling coupons from entertainment Inc that are old and outdated. I have reported this before but nothing is done about it. It’s uncomfortable to give a coupon to a business owner and they claim they know nothing about it. I don’t have much local and so far 3 out of 3 aren’t accepted/business not there.

 I have completed the three (2 quizzes, 1 video) points were added to my rewards points and it keeps telling me to complete the assignment which I have and I cannot redeem the gift card. this happens every time at the beginning of the month.

After several attempts to pay for my upcoming cruise using Royal Caribbean virtual gift cards purchased through AARP, they keep getting rejected as "invalid." I followed all the procedures for submitting them to Royal as shown on the certificates and they keep getting rejected such that they will not pay for my upcoming cruise. I spent more time on the phone with Royal today and they told me to check back in another 3 - 5 days as their team works on the problem. My advice to anyone thinking they may save a few bucks by purchasing the discounted gift cards is to think twice about it as you may just be out several hundred dollars as well as wasted time on the phone with nothing to show for it. Just be wary of purchasing the Royal Caribbean virtual gift cards through AARP as they may end up showing up as "invalid" after you have already paid for them.
