The $100 Southwest Airlines egift card Sweepstakes listing in the Online Catalog is incorrect or correct? Because the Official Rules state that the egift cards are $250. "AARP Rewards $250 Southwest Airlines eGift Card Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  I completed the associated activities, but when I click to purchase this $15 PetSmart gift card for $12, it opens but there is no add to cart link to click. I've tried all the other gift cards for this activity & they all offer the CART link for purchase properly.  I'm wondering if it could be because I purchased, with points, the $5 PetSmart gift card in one of the other groups of activities for June, though I'm not getting any kind of message stating I don't qualify to make the purchase. Please advise.

System will not let me redeem rewards to enter any sweepstakes or instant wins. Just gives me an “Unable to process redemption” notice.  I got on chat twice, and both times was told they would escalate to someone to resolve issue and that AARP would contact me.  So far, nobody has gotten back to me, and I still cannot redeem rewards points to enter sweepstakes or instant wins.  I am new to AARP and am very disappointed.  Very frustrating.

Redeemed points for the TJ Maxx GC, and have not received.  There are more issues with this website/app, than any other I have ever seen.  I know they say it can take up to "24 hours" but I have never had that be the case.  We are so close to cancelling our membership!

[Thursday 5/28/26] I figured since we usually have "issues" with the AARP Rewards Program - I would post a HUGE thank you!!! (1) Had been holding onto my four $5 Staples giftcards. (2) Decided TODAY was the day to "try" the system with MULTIPLE giftcards for ONE PURCHASE. Never used these AARP giftcards in a store &  NEVER "shopped" at Staples. TOO EXPENSIVE for my Retirement Budget. 😱 (3) I had "printed" them out at the library YESTERDAY as I DONOT have a printer or access to one. Ten cents a copy, can't beat that. (4) BLACKED OUT the "pin" numbers on printouts. (5) Cashier had NO idea how to process them but thankfully her boss happen to be up front. He showed her how to SCAN them in. I then SAW there was a $1.57 balance AFTER two were scanned. Asked him IF I needed to pay that in CASH as I wanted to hang on to the 3rd printout. He said, nope & told cashier to SCAN, then write BALANCE on printout and return to me. *** SUGGESTION - Try
