AARP Rewards

I am a member but randomly get a message that I did not receive a reward when I completed a game.  It happens every so often and occasionally for all the rewards games.i am signed in, completed the game and there is no reason that rewards aren't  given.

I am having difficulty accessin AARP rewards as a paying menber. How do I determine what the issue is?

I got a Member Benefits Update email today. It advertised the $500 Amazon gift card sweepstakes. The email says no points necessary but when I clicked to enter, it says you need 750 points for each entry.Why the discrepancy??

 Hello, this is directed to AARP Support. Can you post a list of Fitbit Trackers which are able to sync with AARP Rewards. In particular, what fitbit trackers have been tested that sync with AARP rewards. I assume that tech support have tested with some fitbit trackers. Thank you

Had it before, got someone to email me, then it is fixed for a few days and issue started again. I literally just use my computer and phone to watch videos and do the quizzes to earn points. I can't redeem for sweepstakes or anything.  This really makes me second guess renewing my membership.

SInce the latest maintenance fiasco (1/18-20), sweepstakes entry totals are not updated. This is shown before entering a sweeps:You currently have 0 entries in this sweepstakes today and 20 entries total. You can submit up to 10 entries per day while this sweepstakes is live. When getting ready to submit, this is shown:Just making sure...You're about to redeem x points for 10 x Gift Card Sweepstakes*. Sounds good? After submission has been completed, this is shown:You're in!You've got 10 sweepstakes entries so far today, and 20 entries in total - keep it up! You can submit up to 10 entries per day while this sweepstakes is live. If you've won the big prize we'll shoot you an email on or around February 12, 2025. The message SHOULD have indicated ... and 30 entries in total... NOT 20. 

Gift cards for Kroger, Albertson etc. are not available anymore. I hope it is just temporary. Kroger gift cards went away in August 2024, and they brought it back a couple months later. Being able to get grocery at 8% off is quite meaningful in today's high prices. Please reply if you also would like to see grocery gift cards again.

I really like the activities like bowling and fun centers I can share with my grandchildren. These discounts mean a lot to me and more affordable so I can spend precious time with my grandchildren. Thank you 😊

I’ve received this error when trying to redeem points for over 5 weeks and have reached out to the help desk.  I’ve tried refreshing the browser, logging off/ back on, clearing cache, shutting down/ restarting, and on mobile and desktop devices but still receive the same error.  I’ve been asked to try again in 7-10 days which I have frequently but have not had success. The error is “Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.”  I’m at a loss as to what else I can do to resolve or who can help.  I’m beyond frustrated that no one has a solution or way to resolve.  

I have 2 $500 Royal Caribbean gift cards that I can’t access when I click the link in from the email AARP sent to me.  They don’t expire, but I can’t access them.  

It was interesting to me that the "Near You" rewards deals were highlighted in today's AARP Rewards email.  I assume that the coupons in exchange for 500 rewards points must be generally accepted or this topic would have come up recently.  Now that many of us don't have to wear masks then we thought that we would like to do the dine-in Mexican restaurant experience with hot tortilla chips and salsa and cheese dip before being served a meal we can't possible finish!  On Friday (5/21/21), I viewed the available Mexican places on AARP Rewards "Near You" section.  The closest place looked good after an Internet search and I called to check their hours and mentioned that I had an AARP coupon (an printable Entertainment Coupon) and described it to the man that answered.  He was emphatic that my coupon would NOT be accepted ("unless we print the coupon, we don't take the coupon; you can't print the coupon.")  I had already printed the coupon or I would

Getting error "Not enough points to redeem this reward." When doing instant win and sweepstakes. I have over million points, I sure do have enough points.

When I try to redeem 50 points to have a chance to win a $10 Gift Card, I get a message that says, " You do not have enough points to redeem this reward"! Even though I have several thousand points! Check out the other messages under different headings. I am not alone here.

 Effective today, I will no longer participate in AARP Rewards due to issues with retailer gift cards purchased (or won) from AARP.  It started with the Walgreens gift card issue. I had purchased several that were impacted by the Walgreens compromise that wiped out the balances. I spent several hours on the phone regarding this issue with continual referral by Walgreens reps who said they knew nothing about the compromise, back to AARP and MULTIPLE Walgreen's customer service phone numbers. Walgreen's reps kept saying only AARP could assist since the gift cards were purchased from AARP.  AARP couldn't help because it was a Walgreens issue. After several hours on the phone, multiple Walgreens reps that had no idea about the compromise, and multiple Walgreens customer service phone numbers, the issue was resolved. Although the compromise was on the Walgreens side, I am upset with AARP for not contacting Walgreens on behalf of those impacted after receiving multiple co

 Each days I earn points and perches 10 entries for each drawing for companies that I shop at.  In addition I purchase up to three gift cards for points again at businesses where I use their products. Some months I purchase gift cards for cash at a discount for product that we use.

I got an email this morning that I could win extra points for my birthday. All I had to do is click on the link and then spin the wheel. Well, I did that, and it landed on 1500 points. But those points didn't get added to my total. So I tried again. And this time it hit 750 points, and magically those got added to my total. Seems a bit fishy to me! Thanks again, AARP, for managing to be unable to get even this right!
