Does anyone have a fitness tracker synced and are getting points for steps everyday?  For me, no luck with Fitbit and it seems trackers might not be working for anyone. If successful, please share your brand/model.

anyone else having trouble playing instant wins today? is it another glitch? hopefully it gets fixed

Since this has been activated I have yet to be able to load the screen and do anything....all I get is a load screen on edge, chrome, firefox etc. it will not open and thus I cannot do anything with the points.

All links to sweepstakes and instant wins do not work for me. Has anyone else tried to see names of winners recently?  Are there really winners?  Who knows?!

This video says we can earn 300 points once a month for watching, but there are two issues:1) the first time in the month one watches it, it does not award the points.2) the second time in the month one tries to watch it, it does not show the checkmark for "watched", nor does it award the points. I now see one sweepstakes, for $100 Bath & Body Works Gift Card. Hope this means others will also be showing up soon.

I earned my 7,200 points for today and then go to claim my 500 "bonus" points.  It says not a valid code.  My friend did the 500-point claim "before" earning her full 7,200 points and guess what, she got the "bonus" points.  Definition of bonus:  an additional benefit, reward, or extra added to something else.  Dear AARP rewards, that 500 is not a "bonus" it is a deduction from the total number of points that can be earned in one day.  The technical difficulties have reduced my point earnings significantly this month and then you try to insult my intelligence with this "bonus" nonsense.  I have an idea, let's make October double points earning month.  We can earn up to 14,400 points for two weeks in October.

I don’t want to buy gift cards, I only want to redeem points.  The sweepstakes are gone.  So are the daily wins.  Almost all of what is left is the stupid e-cards, the various “organizers” (I got one once to use up expiring points and was not impressed enough to get another) and a few discounts on things I am not interested in (crappy jewelry, etc.).  How about getting some decent ways to redeem points back before you start expiring points again?

Better to have 1month maintenance than to have a 3-7days maintenance without solving the problem. I'm still unable to redeem. I hope it gets fixed for everyone at the end of this maintenance. 

The website is still incredibly sluggish (for me), so I don't know if they're telling the truth about that.  What I do know is that they are giving us 500 measly points for all we've been though AND in classic AARP fashion, the code to get the measly 500 points DOESN'T EVEN WORK!  Well done as always, AARP, your respect for the folks who pay your salaries in second to none.

Does anyone know when the 'Daily Instant Wins' will be starting again?  I got the impression that they were going to start today. Coming Soon - Weekly Instant Win Winners Increasing from 100 to 125!Great news!  The Rewards catalog will be rolling out new functionality enabling the increase of Instant Win contest winners to 125.  - We are still working hard to earn more points during this time, it has been more than 2 weeks now and I am not sure when the maintenance will be completed, should I continue to earn points? The number of tasks I have done is gradually running out and my score is quite high, I am gradually feeling impatient because I keep earning points without bringing any benefits, I do not know how you feel? Are you still persistent in earning points every day or have you paused and waited for the maintenance to finish to continue earning points?

AARP is currently undergoing unscheduled  maintenance.When will this be fixed? At least the error message that had the January 2025 no longer displays. 

Once again I didn't get the rewards earned after completing rewards games,  it is happening too often.

I wish I had searched this site and google before I bought gift cards from AARP for Royal Caribbean.  I am currently weighing my legal options with this transaction and with Royal Caribbean in general.  I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with AARP customer service and they told me they cannot refund, that only Royal Caribbean can. I was then told by Royal Caribbean they cannot refund because a third party sold them.  So both AARP and Royal Caribbean point the finger at each other with no  solution in sight.To say that Royal Caribbean is extremely DECEPTIVE in their gift certificate/gift card marketing and redemption is an understatement.  AARP needs to do better in the products they offer on their website. At least for Royal Caribbean they need to have a HUGE DISCLAIMER stating that the gift card being offered for sale here at AARP are not gift certificates in the traditional manner and are not related at all to the gift certificates being marketed directly

I entered for a sweepstakes that I was interested in everyday in August - with the technical problems AARP has been having this month, were winners drawn for these sweepstakes as they normally would???

So now when I try to redeem 50 points to have a chance to win a $10 Gift Card, I get a message that says, " You do not have enough points to redeem this reward" ?!?!?! Even though I have several hundred thousand points!?!?!? Is there anything on this site that actually works?
