Extending time to redeem points is useless when the redemptions suck

I don’t want to buy gift cards, I only want to redeem points.  The sweepstakes are gone.  So are the daily wins.  Almost all of what is left is the stupid e-cards, the various “organizers” (I got one once to use up expiring points and was not impressed enough to get another) and a few discounts on things I am not interested in (crappy jewelry, etc.).  How about getting some decent ways to redeem points back before you start expiring points again?

      I only redeem points as well.  Have no interest in Purchasing gift card with money for $5 off price, as well as you.  Go to AAA to buy gift cards, percentage goes towards your AAA membership bill. 
      Sweeps and instant wins are in the process of coming back they said.

        Eplain about the percentage back from buying gift cards through AARP?  I've bought thousands of Carnival cruise gift cards when they were available and never got a discount on AARP membership!  Do you add a code or something?

         They said AAA  (auto club) not AARP.
