When I was in school, I used mnemonics to help me study for tests. What I did intuitively was to use this technique to memorize facts. @AARPMaggie  Thank you for the tips.  Just requested the book Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art and Science of Remembering Everything by Joshua Foer from my public library.  Look forward to getting that.  Sounds like a great read.   ---  Christine

Maggie, Just finished "Moonwalking with Einstein" really good read.  The history of memory, and current mnemonic  tips and tricks were fascinating!
