And all kinds of other things too if we are mindful and look for them. I have been bombarded recently with angel numbers and find them very comforting.
Grief is a long difficult journey and finding any kind of bright spots along the way certainly helps. 🌞🌷⭐️🌕
Sometimes losing a loved one means LESS to pay the bills. ☹
But finding ways to FILL UP will keep us BALANCED (emotionally, spiritually, mentally).
Suggestion: So many FREE WAYS to do this. Just find WHAT fills YOU up. Me, bingeing on Agatha Christie Audiobooks (free on YouTube). Also helps me to catch a few zzz's on those nights I CANNOT SLEEP. My sleepaid. 👍
Thanks Nicole @SummerOnTheWay1 ! I think of you, and try to keep up with your postings. I'm doing all of my usual activities, and I add in a class, webinar, or meeting with friends too.
Oh, Nicole! You are so kind and thoughtful to everyone you encounter, and now you need help. Sounds like the folks in Virginia are helping. Swift healing for you and your dear bones!
📎 Be patient: Understand that grief isn't linear and can resurface, especially around anniversaries or holidays; it's a process that can take months or years.
