Is anyone else still having trouble getting points for doing codeword?

I play everyday but can’t remember when was the last time I got points.

      darn...no points again today for completing Codeword.

      Hi @ld5951404and everyone following along,

       

      One important thing to check with Codeword is the final step after you finish your puzzle. To receive points, you’ll need to make sure you tap/click the “Submit Score” button at the end of play.

       

      Submitting your score is what actually triggers the event that sends your activity to AARP Rewards and awards the points. If that step is missed (or the screen is closed too quickly), the system may not register the play—even if you completed the puzzle.

       

      A couple of quick tips that can help:

      • Wait for the end-of-game screen to fully load
      • Tap “Submit Score” (don’t just exit or navigate away)
      • Give it a moment to process before closing the game

      These tips only work some of the time. I do this daily, and always wait for the end of play and even wait until all of the little drops stop dropping. I always tap Submit Score. It's getting to be pretty old.

      another day, another CodeWord pretty good score for winning, another no points. the chat lady said that we are not promised points. what?

      It happened again yesterday and today, no points for Codeword. hope it is working tomorrow.

      Has anyone noticed if it is the "members only" games that have issues awarding points?

      No points today. Also no points for the 2 Minute Mini Crossword. Are they ever going to get this fixed???

      Today I finally got points...I waited until all the "confetti" fell, then waited another full 15 seconds, then clicked the button on the right (I think it is called "submit score").
