In Word Search, you have two helpful options if you get stuck. On the right-hand side of the screen, below your time, there is a button that says “Reveal Letter,” with a +10 next to it. Click that and one letter from one word will be highlighted. You can use this to search for the rest of the word. The game will not tell you which word the highlighted letter is from. For clicking this, 10 seconds will be added to your time.   Additionally, below “Reveal Letter” is “Reveal Word.” Click the button to watch an ad. After it’s done, a word will be completed for you. Anyone know why the Daily Crossword doesn’t record puzzles completed? I have completed several but there is no indication that I have and sometimes it doesn’t even post my score. Can this be fixed?

What is Dangle Drop? Dangle Drop is a meditative, physics-based puzzle game where you dismantle constellations of stars by clicking on them, with the goal of using their momentum to break up all the stars in the sky.   What is the goal of the game? The goal of Dangle Drop is to break all the solid white stars in the sky by clicking on certain stars and allowing them to collide into one another. When no solid white stars remain, you win the level.   When do I beat a level?Remove all the solid white stars from the board by clicking non-solid stars and making them collide.   How many levels are there? 200.   How do I play once I begin a level? What is Card Sharks? Card Sharks is a version of the famous game show from the ‘70s and ‘80s where you can answer survey questions and then take control of the cards, guessing if the next card up is higher or lower than the last one!   How do I play Card Sharks? There are few tips that can help you solve a puzzle and avoid ending up in unsolvable situation:   The general strategy is to keep removing matching tiles so that each removal opens up more possibilities for future tile matching. If you have a pair that does not open anything, leave it until you need it. Don't forget that you should open up new tiles with every matched pair. Choosing obvious pairs every time, such as those from the top levels, will often result in a loss by leaving more tiles uncovered. In certain situations, obtaining matching tiles can be either impossible or highly unlikely. The key is to avoid getting into positions where this is likely to happen. Concentrate on matching tiles on horizontal lines, as these are usually more difficult to remove. When you have 3 or more identical tiles free and matchable, match the pair that will free additional tiles. Matching the wrong pair can lead to unsolvable situations later. The more expensive the house you choose in House Flip is, the more you stand to have a successful flip. However, the bigger the house is, the more renovations tend to cost. As you play House Flip, take stock of the general pricing for renovations, especially when you need to cover the full house. Then, when you’re looking for your next house to buy, try to find one that costs as much as possible while leaving you ample cash for renovations. If you don’t spend enough, you might not get much return. But if you spend too much, you might find yourself with too little cash to make your prospective buyers happy.

If you’re not making the right renovations in House Flip, it’s very hard to keep purchasing bigger and better houses. There’s one thing to keep in mind if you’re having trouble: the “Open House” button.   You can click that button at any time and click “Refuse Offers” at any time without penalty. If you do, you’ll go right back to the house you’re renovating. The trick is that all potential buyers have a list of items they want in their perfect house. If you’ve completed one of the things they’re looking for, it will turn green.   Choose a buyer you like and make the specific renovations they want. You don’t even need to make additional renovations, unless you want to. Go to your “Open House” again, and you’ll see that they’re offering more to buy the house than you’ve spent on it.

In House Flip, it’s up to you to do what might seem impossible: buy a house, flip it, and then buy another. Can you make enough money to buy a bigger house and flip that one too? Greetings fellow AARP gamers! I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Dr. Celia Pearce from Northeastern University's Games for Life initiative, which includes AARP as one of its partners. Our goal is to learn as much as we can about the play patterns, preferences and needs of gamers over 50 and provide tools and design guidelines to make better games for you! In Advanced Bridge, you’re playing against computer-controlled opponents – and playing alongside a computer-controlled partner. Try to play a bit more conservatively in this situation. Your computer partner may follow strict bidding rules without adapting to the human subtleties we’re used to. That’s why you should avoid advanced plays unless you're sure the AI understands them. Stick to standard, straightforward bids, and don't overbid – you shouldn’t expect inference or creativity that might not be there.

Bridge is an incredibly fun game, but its glossary of terms and rules can be confusing to a beginner. And the computer-controlled players in Advanced Bridge won’t give you much leeway! Once you’re comfortable, head back to Advanced Bridge to jump straight into the fun. Does anyone know how to Unfreeze ? It happens all the time if I happen to move the window. Refreshing only loses the game.  I've tried the full screen too, Or putting back to small if frozen on larger.  I like the game but Frustrating,  especially if I'm doing good,  LOL.  Thanks 

Not all levels in Dangle Drop are created equally. While some have quick and intuitive solutions, some of the more complicated puzzles can take a long time to figure out. Here are some things to keep in mind if you get stuck:   Use the telescope. After a few failed attempts, a telescope will appear in the top right of the screen, below the restart button. Click that and, after an ad, the game will tell you the correct order of stars to click to beat the level.   Use the restart button. If you know you’re not on the right track, hit the restart button in the top right of the screen to immediately reset the level.   Take your time. There’s no time limit in Dangle Drop. Work out your moves ahead of time!   There’s always a right order. While sometimes you can take advantage of swinging sets of stars, clicking them at just the right time so they collide with a star below, Dangle Drop doesn’t require perfect gameplay. Head to the cosmos in Dangle Drop, a puzzle game where you use physics to break up a beautiful pattern of stars! In each level, you’ll be presented with a constellation of connected stars. Your goal is to click on stars and watch the constellation break apart. Click on the stars in the right order and their momentum will cause them to collide with other stars. Break apart all the stars to beat the level and then get ready for the next one – there are dozens of opportunities to Dangle Drop!

Swipe City has some tough levels, and sometimes it’s hard to know how to match all the tiles. Luckily, you have some tools at your disposal to help:   Restart Level. If you’ve gotten yourself into a pickle, hit the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen and tap the green icon to start over (at no penalty). Get a Hint. The hint button is in the bottom right corner of the screen. Hit it and you’ll be shown how to solve the puzzle. Click or tap the screen to return to your board state, and then make your moves! Keep in mind that you have a finite number of hints – the number you have left is shown on the icon. Leave Level. Sometimes it’s best to take a break. Tap the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen and hit the red button to go back to the main menu. Come back later for another try!

If you quit in the middle of a Swipe City level, you lose one life. However, that’s not the end of the game! You start the game with five lives, and they regenerate over time. If you’re in a pinch, you can also refill lives by buying them for 90 coins each.   When you’re struggling with a level, if you quit to the main menu you’ll lose a life. However, if you restart the level from the beginning, you’re not penalized at all. Consider starting from scratch instead of jumping back to the main menu unless you need to!

Swipe City isn’t your average match 3 game – it has a twist! In this puzzler, the tiles move freely, so swiping a tile will send it careening across the board. Make your moves carefully and match the tiles to remove them from the board over dozens and dozens of levels. Play fast to win more stars and progress through the map, earning coins and the highest score possible?
