Be weather aware for any alerts  in your areas!! This is the time of year for much of the country to stay alert to weather changes that affect your areas, or where you might be heading to, or for any loved ones & friends....especially those who are more vulnerable to risks.  Today there are many parts of the country that are most at risk. A friend in Nashville, where I visits often, is quite worried & wanted me to stay in touch, or be able to respond to her calls. The whole Mid-state areas of Kentucky & Tennessee are on high alert. Many confirmed tornadoes have already touched down with more dangerous, long track & possibly widespread severe outbreaks are possible All storm modes are in effect! Remain weather aware and have ways to receive warning!

I can see some usefulness to these AI apps but it is worrisome in many ways too.Artificial Intelligence Chatbots - People can now chat with interactive AI versions of their deceased loved ones thanks to a new app. It works by storing people’s pre-recorded life stories and presenting them in a conversational format. Axios - 07/13/2022 New AI tools let you chat with your dead relativesAll I can say is WOW ! Should I start recording now?😯 

No posts on the northern lights show this weekend, I'm surprised.  Seems like the folks in the South got a bit better show.   Was out till nearly 2 AM Saturday morning looking over cloud free Lake Erie.  Greyish vertical bands visible, not dancing, but slowly changing, & once made a nearly perfect arch across the sky at a lower angle.  Looking through a phone (possibly a camera) in night mode was bringing out the colors... some were nice enough to show me.

Looking for a very conscientious female health and wellness accountability partner. I am reliable and good at motivating. No cost and either direction. I'm looking to lose about 20 lb and double my daily intake of steps and become consistent about weight lifting, stretching, meditation and general well-being and eating vegetables fruits, smaller portions and more high quality protein.
