Where are my gift cards?

I purchased 4 carnival gift cards yesterday, 1-%500 and 3-$100, and have yet to receive them by email. The charges have already gone through in my bank account. I need these cards before I leave for my cruise at the end of next week. How long is it supposed to take to receive gift cards by email? Should be pretty quick. Can someone please check into this?

      @AmberL350248 Hi Amber, the timeframe for delivery of the gift cards is 24 hours. Please give our escalations team a call on the phone # provided in the email sent to you yesterday to get this resolved.

      I purchased a $500 card and have not received it either.

      I purchased 8 since last week and received them within 5-10 minutes. I would call customer service for their help.

      The first time took 4 or 5 days.

      Second time they never showed up.

      I called after 15 days and got them immediately, 3 days to late to pay for the upcoming cruise. Now I have $ 600.00 in credit and my budget is thrown way off.
