I just purchased a Papa John's $5 gift card (Sunday morning 12/14) and AARP sent me an ULTA BEAUTY GIFT CARD instead of the Papa John Card. So how do I return it for what I ordered? I DON'T WANT AN ULTA BEAUTY GIFT CARD!

This is the fifth message I've posted about this.  The first three disappeared.  It has been four weeks since this problem began and I first chatted with AARP.  It has been four weeks without being able to enter sweepstakes, redeem for instant wins, purchase gift cards with points, and probably buy cards with $'s.  I have also called and e-mailed numerous times.  Nothing has changed, and all I have heard from AARP is a message from Magda telling me she is referring the problem to AARP's technical support team.  (They have a technical support team?!)  That was a week ago, and nothing has changed.  It's a new month, and we are now losing out on more sweepstakes, instants, cards for points, etc.  (Last month, we wasted points entering sweepstakes for the first five days before this mess started.)  Our membership, after 25+ years, expires in 25 days, and, at this point, there is very little likelihood that we will renew our m

About 2 months now, Walmart and Amazon gift cards already sold out before we in West are awake.  The cards are not being added to Rewards during normal waking hours for all parts of US.  It is unreasonable for someone in their 80's to have to set an alarm to get up at maybe 3am to have a fair opportunity to redeem points for these cards.  AARP, please rectify this unfair issue.

They might not have been a popular choice, but has anyone else noticed that magazines haven't been offered this month? 

They call them gift cards, but they aren't really.  Even though RC has a section on their website to pay with a gift card, this is not really a gift card that AARP sells.  It's  some other nonsense that is actually far more restrictive than they even disclose when you buy it.  So much for AARP looking out for the good of its members. 

 I have not used rewards for many years. A couple of weeks ago I started to reaccumulate points. I have no problem earning points. When I try to redeem them I get: "Unable to process your redemption request". So far the agents have been of no help. They just say they will submit the problem.
