I lost entries and I lost my points!

I go to the sweepstakes section and redeem 15,500 points to get 10 entries each into 3 sweepstakes yesterday. Today I do the same thing and each sweepstakes says I have 10 entries. I should have 20 each. As if that's not enough, the 15,500 entries I used yesterday is gone. I should have either 20 entries into each of the three sweepstakes or give me my 15,500 points back. I work hard to earn these points every day answering quizzes and watching AARP videos just to get 5,000 points a day. This last update/maintenance robbed me!

      Do you still get 5,000 pts a day because i think it's now 3,000 pts a day.

      Oh my god! I am only earning 3,000 points a day but the pop-up message says 'Congratulations on earning 5,000'.

      They say smoking and drinking knocks off a few years of your life. Why do I feel the same thing is happening when I visit AARP. Hear that scream in the distance? That's me! When will AARP work reliably? So far my account was frozen because AARP thought I was a bot or cheating the system. Now I'm losing entries, losing rewards points and not getting the award points that I should be earning. For the love of god, stop the madness with these upgrades and maintenance. AARP used to be pleasant with flowers and sunshine. Now it seems like I'm stepping on thorns while being slapped around and kicked.
