Day #2, no reward points for games

Again this morning, no points for Codeword, Outspell, Two Minute Crossword, and possibly others but I quit playing. I would have appreciated a notice from AARP that the lack of rewards for games issue has not yet been resolved.

      I’ve been getting my reward points .  have you tried downloading the AARP app on your computer or other device?  Seems there are not as many problems using the App

      I notice that sometimes my name shows in the upper right corner, "Hi Debra." And sometimes it doesn't. When the name doesn't show, no points! So now I watch for that and don't waste my time.

      FIX IT!!!

        I have noticed that at least 2 - 3 times per week I do not receive points for codeword and hurdle even though I am logged in. It happened again today.

          Hurdle you have to get all of the puzzle words all the way through to the end correct, before it will award points.  If you don’t get that last one correct, you’re out of luck.

          no points at all today for 3 games i just played and scored on. what is going on?
