Confused about what we're allowed to post here

Earlier this morning I posted about the ongoing tech problems with AARP Rewards and how it reflects poorly on how much AARP cares about its members.  It appears that the post was taken down (I wasn't notified of that; it has just disappeared).  My post was respectful, brief, and relevant.  I didn't violate any of the guidelines.  So I'm left wondering whose job it is to censor our posts and why mine was taken down.  AARP management, please respond.  Thanks.

          LOL, yes, I'm very sure I hurt their little feefees.  I guess they didn't like me pointing out that their $1.75 BILLION annual budget surely allows for hiring some competent IT people, and that their failure to do so signals that they don't care about the membership.

            It's a terrible website, and these message forums, it's like from the 90's, and the private messaging, some people have it, some don't. If you don't, well, contact us some other way, chat with our robot, etc. I have never seen anything like it, no exaggeration, the most incompetent IT people I have ever seen. Maybe some college kids maintaining it for free for them? I can't believe anyone would actually get paid for this.
