Can't do anything again today due to technical difficulties 😂 Plus, it keeps telling me to refresh my browser, which is new. Of course, that does not help one bit.

      As of 9:54 we're getting the "AARP Rewards is currently experiencing technical issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work on a resolution" message, although you are correct, this is Normal!

        Hey AARP! Now it is Saturday and nothing is working correctly with videos and sweeps/instant wins. I am SHOCKED, I tell you, SHOCKED! 😂

          I'm so sorry to hear that you are still having issues, @sherilee17, yawn!. The AARP Rewards site is currently working as normal. The problem is either yours or in your mind. But let me check into this further for you so that you know we are concerned about your imaginary issue. When you get a moment, please send me a private message with more details about the issues you are having, and I'll escalate this if needed.  In other words, I'll pass it off to someone else who is senior to me so that you can get appropriately ignored.

              I'm currently in "waiting for gift card email" hell...my cruise final payment is due in 4 days...God help me cause at the rate I'm drinking to stay calm, I'm gonna be out of scotch by Thursday.
