AARP Rewards App on phone Earn Points not loading, just spinning

For the last few days, when I select the earn points from the drop down menu on my AARP phone app, it just spins and spins, nothing is loading.  Is anyone seeing this issue as well and if so what did you do to fix it. Thanks in advance

    Yes, I'm seeing it on the desktop today, the site is ridiculously slow. All other sites I go to work as normal, so I know it is this site.

    It sounds like there might be a bug with the AARP app. Try restarting your phone or reinstalling the app. Also, check your internet connection. It's like finding the best "Famous Food in the USA" – sometimes, you need a little troubleshooting to get it just right! Visit For More.

    @Sagitta1213 I'm truly sorry you're dealing with this. We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the website, and we recommend that you try again later. When you select the option to earn points on the AARP Now app, you are actually redirected to the AARP Rewards website. Rest assured the app is working properly, it's just an intermittent issue on the Rewards website that our team is working to resolve.  - Janelle M.
