I received a message that I had won an Instant Win and that I would receive an e-mail shortly confirming.  It's been 10 hours, and I've received nothing.  Is anyone else having similar problems?

AARP Rewards,I was not able to redeem the People Magazine (6 months/30,000 points).  The message said:Purchases of this item are limited to one.Please checkout the catalog for more items. I last purchased this item more than a year ago on 2025-01-27. When will I be eligible to purchase another 6 month People Magazine (6 months/30,000 points)? Thank you.

Last night I won a TGIFridays instant win--so excited as that doesn't happen too often...yes, it does, and can happen. Anyway, when I went to check on TGIFriday locations, I found out they are bankrupt and only have "ONE" location in Minnesota still open...kinda a useless win, right? Sorry I wasted my 50 points.

In November and December (of 2025) my husband and I both redeemed for $5 Kohls gift cards.  I went to use them today (Sunday, 2/8) and the links are expired.  Yes, I know I can contact AARP and have them re-sent but I can't do that until a business day.  It hasn't even been three months! I'm even wondering if I should wait until I know I'm going to use them because I may have to request *another* link to be sent if it's two months from now.   Please extend the expiration date of links to at least a year.  Having such a short expiration date makes so much work for your agents!   If anyone has any gift cards they've received over two months ago I would check them and see if they're expired as well.  If they were given as gifts it may be embarrassing and awkward if the links are expired.

I can't believe the sweepstakes this month.  Applebees $100 - 250 points for 15 winnersBurger King $100 - 280 points for 15 winnersChipotle $100 - 350 points for 15 winnersPanera $100 - 400 points for 15 winnersDominos $100 - 450 points for 15 winners The rest are terrible amount of points too.  I thought last month was bad when they raised it to 200 points and reduced the winners from 20 to 15.  But some of the above have gone up double and still only 15 winners. Some have even less winners and way more points needed.  This is an even bigger cut to the program.  

Thanks so much for the graphs from @KellytheBelly . ….it got me to thinking 🤔 (admittedly a rare occurrence 😉 ) …What are the odds that someone could win any monthly contest here, let alone TWICE in the SAME month?Well…..I did some non-opinionated, & totally non-scientific ….‘ballpark’ calculating…(in other words…. ‘Just sayin’) I enter most contests every month. Since they are not all available for the entire month…some 1, 2, or 3 weeks say….still when I do enter one I use all 10 entries….so say 1 contest ran an average of 25 days = 25,000 entries, & say I enter 8-10 contests per month…so ‘on the lower end’ that 8 X 25,000 = 200,000 entries for the month…. just for me. For the year that ‘ballpark’ calculating 200,000 entries ‘on the lower end’ X 12 months = 2,400,000>>>>>> that’s almost 2 ½ MILLION entries… & that’s just for me. I win about 1 time a year….that’s sad ain’t it?... lol 😄  …. so for me the odds of winning are about 1 in 2 ½

Redeem points  for gift card

The site was working and then all of a sudden, I would complete an activity and no points.  Tried all the usual things like logging off and back on, restarting computer and nothing.  Spent 30 minutes on a chat with a person names Kaleigh S who said she was a supervisor.  I felt like she was treating me as if I were an idiot.  Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks in advance!Carol

Wanting to place an order at Walgreens with a gift card I received 2 weeks ago, I realized that the gift card has become inaccessible. "This link has expired — but your gift card is safe"Great! I checked my other gift cards and, except for the one received on January 30th and and he one received on February 1st, they all show the same message and they are all inaccessible.This is ridiculous! I will call tomorrow to get them resent but it is quite a burden to have gift cards inaccessible just after their purchase. My understanding was that the links would expire only after 18 months not 14 days or less. 

Has anyone been successful in getting timely resolution for being charged for purchase of gift cards and they are not delivered? I purchased a large value of airbnb gift cards to pay for my final payment on upcoming reservation. Now I am out the money and have nothing to pay by the deadline. Customer service has not been helpful at all saying to escalate it takes 5-10 days to get a response and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor or anyone else. This should be something that can be resolved immediately. Now that this has happened to me and doing research I see this is a reoccurring problem and is not acceptable business practice to take money and not deliver goods.
