I can't change my payment option into my account 

why instead of working on increasing medicare benefits for retired people you are so concerned with MEDICAID and Obama cared for people that never worked and worse Ilegal people? why are you not working on important issues like eliminating property taxes for retired individuals I ask considering the new conservative association for retired tax paying citizens . youu are doing a poor job representing hard working retired individuals

AARP,OMG, give me a break! I've already renewed, your desperation to retain members is so incredibly frustrating me I'm considering cancelling payment on my check. Please stop sending the massive flood of renewal reminders, offers, useless free gifts, "exceptional pricing", ...... And it comes in email, USPS, and texts. ENOUGH!    I know you're thinking that I can choose my preferred method, go through a huge list of subjects that I care about to limit what I receive; BUT I shouldn't have to!!Your practices and ethics in contacting me are as bad as SPAM calls and texts from political candidates.Which BTW, if any member reads this and is looking for my vote for President, put spam and/or robo calls/texts, the sale of information obtained by me or my devices, eliminating the use of BOTS in company contact methods, and unsolicited marketing at the top of your charter. Take notice AARP, all of your "Contact methods" show up as BOTS; I don't want to speak for everyo

 The average person has no real way to influence policy decisions that are made by businesses or government agencies. However, AARP does have an influential position, and they have a much better chance of wielding some influence on an agency like the IRS. HERE IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE! Much has been written about the rampant incidence of tax filing frauds, where a crook files a tax return in the name of an unsuspecting person and directs a massive refund to his own account. I have come up with a simple FOOLPROOF method whereby ANY person can totally protect himself from this fraud. The IRS merely needs to implement a mechanism whereby a person can simply designate on a checkbox that "ALL FUTURE TAX REFUNDS MUST BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT YEAR'S TAX ACCOUNT". People can make this designation for any overpayments when filing a CURRENT year return. However, if this option were enabled as an authorized designation for ALL FUTURE YEARS, there would be NO WAY a crook could obtain a fraudulent r

I want to alert the members here. I tried to get an Auto insurance quote from the AARP The Hartford Portal.  After the collected all my information they direct you to a site in which you are instructed to print an application and mail it.  This seems to be fraudulent to me at the least if not dishonest.BTW, this is not the first time that a promotion by AARP ended up being not a promotion al all!I am actually considering terminating my membershipCurious though if others had similar experience?

Please consider representing yourself with a better dental insurance plan other than Delta Dental.We live in Delaware.  Most competent and highly respected dentists in this area do not accept this insurance.  Dentists are dropping this coverage primarily due to excessive low reimbursement rates that fail to cover the rising cost of labor, materials and technology.  Your company is full aware of this.  Please do something about it. The cost is passed on to the consumer

I was wondering if AARP has any discounts with camping.   I know you have a lot of discounts with hotels.  We travel in an RV and was just curious.  Thank you. 

All, Did Paramount Plus drop the AARP 10% discount?  I tried using the link but it pops up as 404 not found then just defaults to the regular website. When I try signing up and using AARP as the promo code it says it's not valid. I know the AARP code worked last week on Tuesday because I help my neighbor sign up and it worked. I've never had Paramount so I was setting up a new account. Thanks,Fred

I have been an AARP member for a long time.  I see mail from them telling me how they are looking after my interests in government (lobbying).  But they never ask me what I want.  As I looked around their web site trying to tell them something, there was no place to go.  So they want my support, but do they really support me?  They need to be more open to feedback and listening for my point of view.     I just got a card in the mail to tell me something I didn't really want to hear.  They said they acted to drive down Rocky Mountain Power electricity rates.  That's not what I want!  I want a company that cares about me and where I live.  Giving the lowest rate is how PG&E in California neglected to improve infrastructure and wrecked millions of acres and homes.     Bottom line, AARP Utah--learn to listen, show you really care.

Hello, Does anyone know why AARP has associated itself with United Healthcare?AARP claims that it is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that empowers people to choose how they live as they age. Yet, it has associated itself with United Healthcare, one of the worst healthcare providers in the United States.

I can earn points put not redeem them  Told by chat that an escalation ticket will be made.  I will keep a tally to see how long it takes.  Obviously I won't be able to redeem for Feb.  

When I attempt to play Tile Explorer, Magic Sort pops up instead & will not go away.  What is up?  I don’t want to play or download Magic Sort.

Is there any way on AARP's website to opt out of receiving the AARP Magazine, Bulletin and all offers that arrive by mail?

Has anyone ever gotten theirs resolved when they couldn’t redeem their points?  I know a few people who haven’t been able to redeem their points for months. They still have not gotten that resolved. 

Just received a portable phone charger that doesn't work. It was supposed to be a "gift" for signing up for auto renewal.   I couldn't even get the charger to charge as instructed, so not even able to determine if it would charge the phone or not.  It's use is not that important to me, but would like to say to AARP, I would rather not be offered a free "gift" then receive one that is defective. I get that it was obviously used just as incentive to get members to sign on/up for services, not an actual reward..  

The aarppharmacy.com web site does not work. When I go to aarppharmacy.com and then click on "create" to create the Optum RX account, I go to a page where I list name, zip, and AARP mem no. That is all run by HealthSafe ID. HealthSafe ID always says: "(Error Code:10002) User Not Eligible: We're having trouble finding you in our records. Please check that your entries are correct and ensure your Member ID matches the one on your AARP Member ID card." All information entered is correct. Why doesn't Optum RX or HealthSafe ID have my membership number? (It's good until 2028.)If I click on "Sign In" and use my existing HealthSafe ID I get this message:"We’re unable to grant you access, if you need assistance please call our Customer Service Advocates at 1-888-326-1269." If I call that number, no one there is able to help me. They are not trained in that area.Please help. I have spent hours on this to no avail.

if I was a customer service agent on here…. let me know how your experiences are with the customer service. Remember, if I was one on here….please be honest. We need to here about your experiences. 

The only option I see is an auto renewal at 1 year.  How can I renew and get the 5 year discount? 

The past 2 years the AARP group from Lakeland Florida has had a free Shredding documents event. Would like to know if they will be haveing another free Shredding documents event this year. Thank youGeorge Yallum

I am having problems with AARP's web site. I got a new phone number recently. I am unable to change the old phone number to the new one on my AARP account. I've called customer service twice now, and they can't change my phone number either. Because I can't change my phone number, also I can't change my password, because I can't receive the SMS confirmation code. It won't even send me an email with a code, to allow me to authenticate myself and change my password via that route. There needs to be more than one pathway for a person to authenticate or they get locked out. This is actually making my account LESS secure! Good security practices recommend changing passwords on a regular basis. The AARP web site has disabled my ability to do so. Has anyone else had this issue? There are reasonable ways to improve this process.  

My wife collects medicate and is under the limit for medicaid eligibility. I collect too much in Medicare to be eligible  for medicaid.Is my wife still eligible for medicaid?
