AARP Help

I keep getting notified of new mail in my InBox on the main website but all it is is ads or other AARP info. Nothing really new and the list is several pages long. How can I delete this or move it to OLD Mail? I just had notification of 8 new messages in the InBox but nothing I was interested in. In conventional email I just delete it without reading. 

I completely agree!  I've been trying since 1/15/26 to get the health connect to work.  They helped me, and got it to work for a few weeks.  About 1 month later they sent me an email asking if everything is still working?n  I checked my rewards and realized on 1/15 it had stopped working, yet my health connect shows it's connected. I responded to their email and sure enough, they won't respond back. I've called the rewards department several times and was told that Debbie, in escalation dept., is working on it.  I've called her at 626-585-2631 on 2/18 at 3:39pm, 2/24 at 9:19am and today at 2:50pm and she doesn't answer or return calls.  In the meantime, I sent a very long and detailed letter to Dr. Myechia Minter-Jordan on 2/24 and I'm waiting to see what she does.  I think it's terrible that members don't seem to be a priority for AARP, and I've been a member for 11 years.  Are they too focused on finding new members? How is it that by 6AM on the East coast some gift cards (ex: Amazon $5 for 22,000 points) are already sold out and have not yet been posted the night before at 9PM? Items must be posted and more convenient to West coast time zones.....?

 We pay for this site. Why so many ads on games? Also haven't been able to get into holiday mahongg for a week.  This is sad. Will be dropping at renewal time. 

Games just don't work anymore. They're perpetually loading. Sometimes they hang in the middle of a game. It's not cache, ad blockers, etc. Logged in and out, restarted Mac. It's not worth the time anymore trying to troubleshoot. I usually play every day, but I'm giving up!

I have tried 6 times over 3 different web browser to renew through a 2-year offer sent to me. Every time, after putting in the required info, I click submit, and a small window pops up with "Processing... Please wait..."   So I wait. And wait. And wait. 10 minutes later I give up. I guess AARP isn't actually interested in renewing memberships?

People who play this, are you able to see your final score at the end of the game? It’s a bit annoying to me but it goes right to a video ad and I have  to scroll to the bottom of the page to click on Play Again, only to get another ad!

For the past couple of days the AARP games have not been working on my iPhone. When I get to the ‘games’ page and tap a game to play it, nothing happens. I have tried everything. Clearing cache, rebooting my phone and even deleting the app (which I hate because I lose all my stats). Nothing has worked. I have the latest iOS version installed 18.3 Please help! Thank you

Is there someone here who can tell me how to check on receiving the duffel bag advertised in the Hartford Insurance ad in AARP magazine for requesting an insurance quote?? Please advise and thanks in advance.

is anyone else having problems with the Games Rewards? I play four games a day (sudoko, 2 minute crossword, right again trivia and word wipe) for rewards and have not received the points even though it says points were awarded. They started a "special" to receive double points on word wipe and now the game won't load. Seems every time they "upgrade/improve" their servers fail to operate properly.

Why would you do that AARP?You send out a mailing about scams, and offer a reward of opening day tickets, and you use a form which included the following: "This content is created by the owner of the form. The data you submit will be sent to the form owner. Microsoft is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of its customers, including those of this form owner. Never give out your password." Why would you use a form, or any service, that does not protect our privacy attached to the very same scam email? Shame on you AARP.

I’m having trouble finding any in‑person volunteering events on the Tennessee AARP Volunteer Events Calendar. I’ve searched the calendar for months out and across the entire state, but I’m not seeing a single in‑person volunteer opportunity listed.Calendar link:https://www.aarp.org/events/find/I’m also struggling to find a clear Tennessee AARP contact email specifically for volunteering. I purchased gift cards using AARP rewards system. It's been more than 24 hours and I still have not received them. AARP Customer Service says it could take 5 to 10 business days for them to resolve the problem with their system. In the meantime, my money is tied up in ghost gift cards that I have not received and cannot use. Beware and don't buy gift cards until they fix their system. 

I keep getting an error when I submit points for sweepstakes.  It’s been happening over the last couple of weeks.

The link for the discount at Walmart plus (on the AARP website) is broken / dead.  It does not take me anywhere, and Walmart cannot honor the discount without this.

 Hello, Ever since joining AARP and often in spurts - we seem to have experienced a large increase in junk mail via USMail either from AARP and/or from third parties co-branded w/ AARP or otherwise associated with AARP - or maybe AARP shared our contact info. I would like to 100% stop this. No more junk mail offers. No more sharing of our address with 3rd parties.  Suggestions on where/how to do this? Thanks,

 I made a reservation using Expedia/AARP and the date was off by one day.  Called immediately to change, and got no satisfaction.  Expedia/AARP kept the entire room charge for profit.  Told me to try again using the date I wanted and pay again.  This is like playing reservation roulette.  Will never again use Expedia/AARP and plan to terminate my membership.  Scams targeting seniors are a frequent topic in AARP publications, and AARP is running one itself -- go figure.

Does anybody else have Hartford insurance which supposedly discounts if you install true line which promise is award. I’ve had it for three years now they say my true fine driving is superior at first they says I was gonna get a 12% discount discount then they said I was gonna get a a 20% discount then a 35% discount. Which I did not receive in fact they raise my vehicle insurance when I question why and why are they’re not taken into affect the discounts for a true line as they advertise. They say that they did in my driving record is superior, but so far as it seems that this is not true you do not get any discounts off your insurance by installing their app. Has anybody else had this problem because I think it’s false advertising.

I received an e-mail yesterday morning about a promotion to purchase a fanny pack for $14.99 that would entitle you to one free value slam a day from March 2nd to April 14th. The e-mail said the promotion would go live today, February 24th, at 11 am EST (currently, 9 am AZ time). I clicked on the link in the e-mail the microsecond my satellite phone said it was 9 am.  That took me to the page for the promotion, which said the promotion didn't start until noon today (10 am AZ time). I called the toll free for Denny's, who said the time in the e-mail was correct (and time on the promotion's page was incorrect).  So, I tried it while I had the rep on the phone. I had to enter the *CORRECT* passcode SIX times before it took it.  By then, the so-called "promotion" was sold out. If that is not the DEFINITION of a scam, I don't know what is. I sent an e-mail through their website advising them of the BBB complaint I filed.  I don't expect anyt
